The second match up between these two teams kept the crowd
on their feet the whole game. What a shame it had to end.
The Tigers came out roaring… Two runs in the first on hits by Benjamin Ziebur,
Michael Coghlan, Erin Butler and Cody Herrero. The second inning developed with
hits by Isaiah Rankin and Jared Rodriguez. In the third Michael Coghland had a
single. In the forth inning, it was a nail biter. The Tigers scored once with
many hits incuding singles by Cody Herrero, Jacob Morgan, Jared Rodriguez and
Mason Whitton.
The Giants were kept very quiet in the first two innings with one single by
Nathan Stratton. In the third, someone woke up the beast. Four runs on six hits
including singles by Nathan Stratton, Bryce Pamer, Joey Bursey, Thomas Herman,
and Silas Vaughn and a double by Isaac Taylor. The forth inning started off
great with a lead off triple by Ethan Angella. He scored on singles by Lauren
Schmidt, Thomas Herman and Isaac Taylor.
If the next meeting between these two teams is as exciting as this game, we are
in for a GREAT season.
