Classic rematch of last years NLCS between the Mets and Cards.  Although this time the Mets squeaked out a narrow 3-0 victory behind the strong pitching of Nicolas Depolo, Ryan Parisi and Victoria Scalfaro. Joseph McClintock and Nicolas Depolo each doubled and Ryan Parisi tripled to lead the Mets offensive attack.

The Cardinals hung in there with hits in each inning and solid pitching. One Mets rally was ended with a nice play at third to leave the bases full of Mets.
