The Dodgers put together a total team effort, resulting in their first win of the season. Every Dodger got on base tonight and took advantage of timely hitting by their teammates, including a nice hit by Matthew Krause. Will Burton and Dylan Parisi put in excellent pitching performances. Tyler Norby was solid behind the plate, with only three passed balls.

The Angels played a very good game and had opportunities for big innings several times. The Angels scored on an Inside-the Park Home Run. They also displayed excellent base running on a routine hit to Center Field which resulted in another run.
