The Yankees prevailed in this game behind the strong pitching performance of Jessica Vestal & some great defensive plays 14-5. The win also clinched the Major Division for the Yankees.

In the 1st inning the Blue Jays Kevin Graham was caught trying to steal home when Jessica threw to Ken at the plate to stop the run from scoring. In the bottom of the 1st Alex walked and moved up in scoring position on a pass ball and scored on Ken's single. Ken scored on a wild pitch. The game stayed like that until the 4th when the JAys loaded the bases and Brandon scored on a wild pitch. With runners on 2nd & 3rd Nick grounded to Jessica who threw to 1st for the 2nd out and Ammiel threw to Ken at the plate who tagged Kevin out who was trying to score from 3rd. In the Yankees half of the 4th they scored 8 runs on 6 hits highlighted by doubles from Ken & Jessica, singles by Derek, Mauricio, Sophia & Steven. Alex, Ammiel & Brandon got on base with walks and scored also.

In the 5th the Yankees scored 4 runs on a triple by Derek, a double by Ammiel & a single by Ken. The Jays put a rally together in the 6th and scored 4 runs on walks to Kevin G., Kevin K., Sean & Kevin M. and a double by Lucas and a single by Logan.

Jessica finished her Major league career by pitching 5 innings giving up 3 hits and striking out 10 batters along the way. Austin came in and pitched the 6th giving up 4 runs and striking out 2 batters.
