A defensive gem by Blake Sheehan and Kevin Kennedy for a game ending double play held off the Mariners comeback effort. The Mariners were sparked by a Home Run to left center by Guido Ginochio, who  also pitched a complete game. Kevin Chase and Christian Kaplan combined for the winning Cardinals.
