Game Summary Farm Division
 Indians vs Yankees - April 18, 2005
Yankees 4 - Indians 3

Christian Bone started the game with a single, followed by a double by Parker Burr.  Grant Ganguet knocked in Christian for the first run of the game.  Great job by the Indians pitcher to get out of the inning with only one run scored.

The Indians came back strong with 3 runs in the bottom of the first.  The Yankees got another run in the second and broke through for 2 more runs in the 4th.

Great pitching and defense limited any further runs and the Yankees were able to finish off the win, 4-3.

The game ball went to Josh Wiens with 2 innings of shutout pitching, a great catch of a pop-up and a single.

An excellent game by both teams.  For the Indians an early rally, capped by consecutive doubles by Dominic Ceja and Skyler Kaplan gave the Tribe a first inning lead and Skyler Kaplan held the Yankees to 1 run over 2 innings.  The Indians offense however was shutdown by excellent Yankee pitching and strong defense led by Josh Weins who after surrendering a second double to Dominic Ceja late in the game caught a foul-pop-up by Skyler Kaplan and did not allow another Indian runner to reach base.  Game Ball went to Kristian Mamea and the "Lucky Indian Ball" went to Kyle States.
