The Cardinals Joey Horvot pitched 5 strong innings and Conor Harrington saved the game by pitching a scoreless 6th to match an equal effort by the Mariners' Cory Galindo.  Cory struck out 10 and walked none in  his 6 innings of work.  Cory also went 3 for 3 at the plate with 2 doubles, 2 RBI's and a run scored.
 
The Cardinals Conor Harrington, David Reid and Kris Garcia put hits together in the 1st inning and all ultimately scored.  The big hit was a blast over the center field wall by Reid.  Garcia started the bottom half of the 6th with a solid base hit and scored on a fielders choice grounder by Andrew Gardner for the winning run.
