Rules are a combination of Little League rules from the Little League rule book
published annually and the League Divisional rules.
Interpretation
of the rules by team managers can lead to problems. That is why it
is recommended that managers have a copy of the Little League rule book
as well as the divisional rules in their possession at each game.
