A tight, high-scoring game between the Yankees and the Angels.

Both teams scored 3 runs in the first inning, including hits by Trever Rivera, Miles Harrison, Nolan Brekle, and Sid Stratton of the Yankees.

The Angels took a 6-5 lead after 3 innings by scoring 1 in the 2nd and 2 in the 3rd inning, with the Yankees scoring 2 runs in the 3rd inning.

After Alex Alvarado pitched the first scoreless inning for the Yankees, the Yankees scored 5 runs in the bottom of the 4th inning to take a 10-6 lead. The Angels came right back with 5 runs in the top of the 5th inning to go back on top 11-10.

The Yankees scored 3 times in the bottom of the 5th inning to take a 13-11 lead and then Nolan Brekle shut down the Angels in the top of the 6th inning to end the game with 2 runners on base.
