An awesome comeback for the Cubs who were down by more than ten runs in the 3rd inning! For the Cubs Timothy Legault had two doubles and Alex Temple had one double.  Jordan Latini led the rally and had three strong singles.

This one went down to the wire, it was a great game and the Cubs almost pulled this one out.  Erik Kristiansen had a true in the park Home Run.  Both teams played very well.

In the first inning Andy, Jack and Dominic scored the three runs for the A's. In the second inning AJ and Erik scored runs for the A's - Erik scored on an inside the park home run. In the third inning the four A's runs were scored by Andy, Dominic, David and Eric. Tyler from the A's demonstrated he was a team player by sending Dominic home. David slid into home on a close play. In the fourth AJ got the only run for the A's. He was hit by a pitch and made the Cubs pay by steeling all the way to home. Mario from the A's got a great tag on a runner for one of the outs. In the fifth, the A's had a monster inning scoring five runs. Jack, Jordan, David, Eric and A.J. proved that we are a hitting team not a walking team by getting three hits. In the Sixth Mario turned a walk into a run for the only A's run scored in the inning.
