Drew Farley, Marcelo Tolosa, Victor Alcala-Kellog and Austin Clark threw a combined 4 hitter as the Angels defeated the Cardinals 6 ­ 3. Clark also had 2 RBI’s while Tolosa, who reached base four times, and Tommy Madge picked up 1 RBI apiece. Bobby Morales and Nico Callejas each scored twice, Morales after his 6th triple of the year, with Zack Ramicone and Tommy Madge crossing home once .
 
Chris Howard, Mitchell Moore, Shaun Duckworth and Chris Kaplan provided the Cardinals offensive highlights with Kaplan securing the loan 2 base hit. Duckworth, Howard and Roberto Hurtado scored the Cardinal runs.
