one to lead the Angels to a 3 - 1 win over the Yankees. Andy Rouse
threw one inning with 3 K's and Bobby Morales came on in the sixth, with
the tying run at the plate and no outs, to squash a Yankees threat and
get the save.

and Morales had two hits for the Angels but the big hit came from Nico
Callejas who singled with the bases loaded in the fifth inning to drive
in the eventual 2 winning runs. Callejas was on base 3 times in the game.
