A pitching dual to begin with resulted on a 1 to 0 Cardinal lead until the 5th inning when the Mets put together 7 runs on 4 hits including a 2 RBI double my Michael Collodel.  The Mets scored 5 more times in the 6th inning on 4 hits.  Connor Harrington displayed his "hose" of an arm from right field on a close play at the plate and the Cardinals came roaring back in the bottom of the 6th inning with 6 runs.  Ricky Lloyd was called upon to relieve Kyke Debacker who had pitched 1 run baseball all game, after getting the first two outs of the 6th with two striekouts.  Lloyd held on and closed the game with a win for the Mets.
