Concord American 6 - Antioch West 3

In the Wednesday night heat, Bobby Morales took the mound for Concord American, and though he would give up 3 runs, his team gave him more support, both defensively and at the plate, as CALL battled to a 6 - 3 victory over Antioch East.

Right away CALL's Bobby Morales scored in the 1st socring on a pass ball. AWLL's James Turner wasted no time scoring in the 2nd to tie up the ball game.  In the 3rd CALL earned 3 more runs with a little help from Mikie Bottini who hit a ground rule double to left, scoring 2.  CALL would hold AWLL in the bottom of the 3rd with the score at 4 - 1.

In the top of the 4th CALL's Connor Harrington hit a double into right center, scoring Andrew Gardner and Corey Galindo, giving CALL a 6 - 1 lead.  AWLL would then score 2 more in a rally attempt when CALL brought inpitcher, Corey Galindo, who got out of the bases-loaded jam with one pitch.

There would be no more runs in the 5th and 6th innings, leaving the final score
Concord American 6 - Antioch West 3.
