Concord American Baseball League
Game Summary - Major Division
 Giants vs Mariners - April 9, 2002
Mariners  7  -  Giants 1

The Giants and the Mariners played a close and hard fought game. The game was much closer than the score indicates.  The game was scoreless in to the forth inning when Michael Trade led off with a walk.  The next three batters, James Sander - Chris Burke - Brody Osborne, then reached on hits.  The Giants came right back and scored one run on a hit by Nick Rogers.  The Mariners added three more in the sixth when Kevin Galindo led off with a base hit.  He scored on a fielders choice by Darren Bonila.  Ryan Daley capped off the scoring with an RBI triple.

The Giants received outstanding pitching from Blaine Hardin and Jaime Junta.  Andrew Gartner had a nice single to center and Jonathon Addams added a single to center.
